Key Responsibilities: Operating slabber and associated machinery Ensuring production targets are met Carrying out quality checks Adhering to health & safety standards Keeping work areas clean and organised Candidate Requirements: Previous machine operating experience preferred (training may be provided) Ability to work rotating shifts Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Good attention to detail What's on Offer: Competitive hourly rate plus shift allowance Regular, full-time hours Long-term opportunity for the right candidate Supportive working environment Shifts available: Rotating Days - 6am-2pm Monday - Thursday & 6am-12pm Friday & 2pm-10pm Monday - Thursday & 12pm-6pm Friday Rotating Days - 5:30am-1:30pm Monday - Thursday & 5:30am-11:30am Friday & 1:30pm-9:30pm Monday - Thursday & 11:30am-5:30pm Friday Nights - Sunday 12am midnight-6am & Monday - Thursday 10pm-6am Salary: £14.96 - £15.77 per hour depending on role and shift.
