Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload of complex family matters, including finance, divorce, nuptial agreements, relocation, and children issues.
* Drive collaboration and cross-selling to support firmwide growth.
* Lead, mentor, and develop team members while balancing fee‑earning and wider responsibilities.
* Meet fee targets, deliver KPIs, and progress client matters efficiently to completion.
* Monitor market developments to identify opportunities and win quality, profitable new business.

* Strong expertise and passion in your legal field, with up-to-date market knowledge.
* Commercially aware, with strategic thinking and business development skills.
