We’re building a new team within the Intervention Hub to support families in making safe, informed decisions for their children. Our facilitators specialise in family networking and communication, working with families experiencing acute stress and crisis.
As a Family Network Facilitator, you’ll empower families to find their own solutions, ensuring the child or young person’s voice is central to every decision. You’ll work with families with complex needs, often involved in child protection processes, helping them make sustainable changes that allow children to thrive.
