Our client is a well-established and respected Essex-based car dealership seeking an Accounts Assistant/Adminstrator to join on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity as further expansion is planned for 2016.
All applicants MUST have previous dealership experience.
Responsibilities include:
1. Purchase Ledger:
o Processing vehicle purchase invoices to SAGE system
o Processing vehicle preparation and warranty costs to SAGE system
o Paying suppliers by bank transfer
2. Sales Ledger:
o Invoicing customers and banking payments received
3. Debtor Control
4. Bank Account Reconciliation
5. Stock Reconciliation
6. Producing Management Accounts on Excel
7. Payroll
8. Answering the telephone
This role involves working 5 days a week, totaling 35 hours per week.
