Job Description
3. Prepare and present financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
4. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support business objectives.
5. Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable.
6. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
7. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and lead audit processes when required.
8. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement financial strategies for efficiency.
9. Maintain and improve internal financial controls and processes.
10. Support senior management with financial planning and analysis.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
11. Be Qualified by Experience or Part Qualified
12. Experience in financial management within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
13. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
14. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
15. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
