The Role
As an Area Retail Manager, you will:

* Drive sales, profit and KPI performance across multiple locations
* Ensure operational excellence and brand consistency
* Translate Head Office strategy into successful in-store execution
* Build high-performing teams and strong succession pipelines
* Analyse data and identify commercial growth opportunities
* Lead change and influence Managers across your territory
