We have a fantastic Technical Support and Training opportunity within the Survey division. Your principal accountabilities will include:
* Carrying out training courses on-site at customer locations or at our Survey Training centres
* Planning and preparing training based on customer needs
* Working with multiple manufacturers including Leica, Trimble, and Topcon
* Providing technical support via phone and on-site, ensuring customer satisfaction
* Attending industry exhibitions and demo days
* Contributing as a member of a dynamic team
* Willingness to travel and stay away from home

About You
We will support your success with training and development tailored to your needs. To succeed, you should have:
* Experience in engineering or surveying fields
* Experience with Total Stations, GNSS, and leveling & utility surveying
* Experience with equipment from Leica, Trimble, or Topcon
* Optional experience in Laser Scanning, Machine Control, Cats & Genny’s, and GPR
* Strong planning, organizational, and attention to detail skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
