Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8.30am until 5:00pm with 1 hours unpaid lunch break

Purpose of role
The receptionist is responsible for providing administrative front line service to all visitors and provides support to all staff at DAC Beachcroft in Leeds. Exceptional customer service skills are essential and confidence in dealing with people face to face.
Key responsibilities
* Providing a high quality of service to DAC Beachcroft staff and guests as a Williams Lea service provider, exceeding their expectations and delivering an appropriate outcome to all queries
* Welcoming visitors with a high standard of customer service, signing in guests and issuing access cards with prior authorisation.
* Working extremely closely with the hospitality team to ensure a smooth running of daily requests, showing flexibility and willingness to support colleagues and take on additional duties if required.
* Delivering a high quality standard of corporate service including arranging client meetings and events.
Personal attributes and experience
* Previous reception/telephonist/customer service experience essential
* Well presented, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to operate at all levels within the organisation
* Ability to work under pressure, maintaining accuracy and delivering against timescales
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Team player, consistently in tune with the aims and objectives of the business
