Management Consultant – Public Sector Transformation at Investigo Government Solutions (IGS)
We’re looking for consultants who want more than just a delivery role to join our internal core team at IGS.
At IGS, we work with Central Government, policing, and public bodies on strategy, transformation, and implementation. We’re focused on building a high-quality team that delivers well, supports each other, and has space to grow.
This role is for someone who’s got experience in public sector consulting, transformation, or delivery - and wants to take on more ownership, more variety, and more influence over the work they do.
You might be:
* A consultant with 2–4 years’ experience looking for progression and more exposure to clients, commercial work, and delivery leadership
* A more experienced professional wanting the freedom to shape work, own relationships, and help build something with fewer blockers
* Someone more seasoned who’s hit a ceiling in a larger firm or stuck in repeat roles without seeing a clear path forward

What the role involves:
* Leading and contributing to the delivery of strategy, transformation and change programmes across Government
* Building strong relationships with clients and shaping new opportunities
* Working on bids, solution design, and delivery approaches alongside senior team members
* Supporting and managing small teams (including independent associates)
* Contributing to the growth and direction of IGS - helping shape what we do next
You’ll split your time between client delivery, market engagement, commercial shaping, and internal leadership. You’ll be trusted to manage your time and focus where it matters - with the backing of a team and access to major frameworks.
