We are looking for experienced, motivated, and patient-centred General Practitioners to provide high‑quality clinical services on a self‑employed basis. Join our dynamic team, delivering care to patients across Urgent Treatment Centres and Out‑of‑Hours settings. If you are a GP who is committed to supporting patients with urgent care needs and are looking for an autonomous role with a better work/life balance, then we have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with us within our OOH service.
This independent role will give you the opportunity to enhance your skills and experience, alongside delivering high quality urgent care.
This is a face‑to‑face role including base and visiting. Remote shifts are not available.
Our urgent treatment clinics are located in Luton, St Albans and Hemel Hempstead. Operating hours are as below, with weekend coverage being a priority:
HUC provides the NHS111 and Out of Hours GP service to over 4.5 million patients across Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, West Essex and the South West of England. We are looking for independent, self‑employed General Practitioners to provide services in our UTC and OOH clinics, on a face‑to‑face basis.
