What you’ll be doing
* Winning new business through targeted prospecting, research, networking and direct engagement with decision‑makers
* Developing and executing a business development plan aligned to revenue targets and wider growth objectives
* Leading presentations, proposals and negotiations from first contact through to signed agreement
* Managing pipeline activity, forecasting revenue and reporting progress clearly to senior stakeholders
What you’ll need to bring
* Proven B2B business development or sales experience, ideally within the fleet or LCV sector
* Strong commercial judgement with the confidence to operate independently in a target‑driven environment
* Clear, persuasive communication skills across meetings, presentations and written proposals
* Naturally collaborative, with a client‑first and people‑focused approach
