Warehouse Supervisor
Salary: Up to GBP28,000 DOE +
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08 30
Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the warehouse operations
* Supervise, support, and motivate a small team to meet targets and maintain high standards
* Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently
* Manage Goods In receiving, checking, and storing stock correctly
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
* Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory checks
* Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations
* Provide hands-on support where needed, including occasional local deliveries (valid UK driving licence required)
The ideal candidate will:
* Have proven experience in a warehouse or supervisory role
* Demonstrate strong organisational and leadership skills
* Be a confident communicator with a proactive mindset
* Stay calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines
* Be IT literate and comfortable with warehouse systems/processes
* Hold a full UK driving licence (essential for occasional deliveries)
