【About the Role】
Lead the visual foundation of HYPES as we build the world's No.1 sports entertainment platform. Starting from our existing logo and colour palette, you will build the full VI system, establish brand guidelines, and direct how the brand comes to life across web, app, and marketing. A true 0→1 opportunity to define the visual language of a global sports brand.

【Key Responsibilities】
* Build and own the full VI system (typography, graphic language, layout)
* Develop and maintain brand guidelines
* Direct brand application across web and app UI
* Oversee marketing creative (social, ads, promotional materials)
* Manage external designers and production partners
* Integrate generative AI into creative workflows
【What We Are Looking For】
* 5+ years as an Art Director or Senior Designer
* Proven VI system design experience (portfolio required)
* Experience developing brand guidelines and applying them to digital (web/app)
* Business-level English
* Genuine love for football and sports
* Nice to have: startup brand-building, sports/entertainment/gaming background, motion graphics, generative AI in production
