Senior Service Advisor required in Salisbury.
1. Starting salary around £30,000 per annum (pending experience/brand accreditation) plus performance-related bonus scheme (roughly £6,000 per annum)
2. Monday to Friday 9:00am-6:00pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am-1:00pm paid as overtime.

Our client, a large franchise-approved car dealer group situated throughout South/South West England, are currently looking to recruit a Senior Service Advisor to join one of their dealerships in Salisbury.
Reporting to the Service Manager and working alongside two Service Advisors and a workshop team, as a Senior Service Advisor, you will:
4. Manage and control customer flow to ensure a positive experience whilst in the centre.
5. Organise the service reception team to ensure the customer transition through the centre is managed and at the customer’s pace.
6. Monitor and respond to customer satisfaction reports and implement changes to address any areas of concern.
7. Motivate and coach team members on best practices.
8. Being a point of contact for customers' queries.
9. Assisting the Service Manager with the daily running of the service reception/workshop team.
10. Building positive, professional relationships with staff and customers.
The successful Senior Service Advisor would ideally be able to deliver the very highest level of customer service through strong communication skills, resulting in total customer satisfaction. Strong organisational skills, along with IT literacy (any experience with Pinewood Pinnacle is preferable), would be of high priority. Due to the nature of this role, several years of Service Advisor experience are crucial for this position, and any experience managing the service reception would be highly beneficial.
