Bricklayer £29,786 per annum, plus £213.24 tool allowance per annum (pay award pending) We are looking for a suitably qualified tradesperson who must be competent in undertaking a variety of bricklaying, concreting, drainage and roofing duties including repairs to tenanted and empty properties (this is not an exhaustive list – as multi trade work is required across the service). You will have experience of working in occupied properties and understand the importance of providing good customer care, along with necessary skillset of varying methods of bricklaying, roofing and any associated tasks around that role. The ability to work using your own initiative with minimum supervision and able to multi-skill is essential. Please review the person specification. Additionally, you will also require a current valid full UK Driving Licence. The role offers working times of 08:00 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 to 13:00 on Friday’s.
