About the Role
Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Fabric Engineer to join our client’s FM maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a large commercial site which is open to the public, carrying out day-to-day Carpentry upgrades and general maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out a variety of carpentry repairs
Deliver high-quality maintenance (PPM & reactive)
Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic plumbing, patch plaster, tiling, etc.)
* Use of PDA to log jobs
Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits
Requirements
NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Carpentry / Joinery
Previous experience in a maintenance setting
* Experience with fire doors is desirable
Strong communication and customer service skills
Full UK Driving Licence
Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable)
