Practice Manager – law firm (Part-Time, London-Based)
Salary: £50,000 FTE
Hours: Ideally 10am–2pm (or as otherwise agreed) Monday to Friday
Location: London (Hybrid – min. 1 day in office)
About the role
We are a small London-based criminal defence law firm seeking an experienced Legal Practice Manager to support the smooth running of our practice.
In this role you will take ownership of the day to day operations and administrative functions of the firm and manage a variety of aspects of the business including human resources, compliance, finance and facilities. This is a hands on role in a small law firm, best suited for someone with prior law firm experience who is excited to roll up their sleeves and who enjoys a varied work load.
Key responsibilities include
* Managing client enquiries
* Compliance
* Finance including billing, reporting and analysis
* Cordinate and schedule firm marketing content
* Office administration and operational support
* Project management
Essential requirements
* Previous experience in a law firm in a practice management or senior admin role
* Demonstrable project management experience and communication skills
* Excellent organisational, attention to detail and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and proactively
* We operate on a hybrid, but office-first basis. This role requires attendance in office at least once per week
* Professional English fluency
