Job Title: Sales Consultant / Advisor – Property Developer Location: Birmingham (initial 7 months), relocating closer to Milton Keynes thereafter Salary: Competitive basic salary with excellent OTE Job Summary: A leading property developer is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Consultant / Advisor to support the sales of new homes. The successful candidate will help customers identify and purchase their ideal property, delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the process. Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, this role requires managing enquiries, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and KPIs. Key Responsibilities: * Qualify enquiries and manage appointments with potential buyers. * Conduct viewings in sales and marketing suites, including international clients. * Support agents and introducers to close deals and maintain relationships. * Liaise with buyers, agencies, and solicitors to meet deadlines and resolve queries. * Assist with onsite events and marketing initiatives for international markets. * Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining high Net Promoter Scores (target 70-80). * Ensure compliance with consumer code requirements and internal processes. * Proactively suggest new marketing ideas to drive lead generation. * Uphold company standards in professionalism, presentation, and brand representation. Experience & Skills Required: * Proven track record in sales (residential property experience not required). * IT literate: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel. * Comfortable conducting virtual appointments. * Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. * Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. * Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
