Business Development Manager in School & Residential Care Catering
An exciting opportunity has arisen within School & Residential Care Catering for a Business Development Manager (BDM).The successful candidate will lead the growth and development of the Council's commercial schools catering business, delivering revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and enhanced market presence.
Our ideal person will have:
1. A proven track record in business development, sales and marketing role(s) with demonstrable results
2. Experience of managing client relationships and delivering complex contracts
3. Experience of developing and executing marketing campaigns, including social media
4. Experience with financial management and reporting in a commercial environment
5. Experience of procurement practices, and tendering processes and an awareness of contract law
6. Experience of creating and delivering engaging presentations and report writing to key stakeholders
7. Experience working in the catering hospitality environment desirable but not essential
