What We Are Looking For...
Responsibilities:
* Communication: Set up team briefs, cascade store actions and targets, check communication channels, delegate accountabilities, communicate initiatives, and lead store visits in management absence.
* Customer Focus: Collaborate with management to enhance customer culture, drive KPIs, and adapt approaches to meet customer needs.
* Operations: Ensure a safe environment, support health and safety training, execute price and promotional activities, and manage stockroom and product opportunities.
* Visual & Commercial: Maintain store layouts, conduct walkthroughs, analyze data for opportunities, and understand store performance.
* People: Support recruitment, develop and coach team members, handle difficult conversations, and promote a culture of recognition and inclusivity.
* Cost & Budgeting: Monitor store performance and costs, manage staffing levels, and ensure KPIs are met.
