About the role
* You will be responsible for developing customer-centric commercial propositions and product developments, requiring a strong customer obsession.
* You will work with the Commercial Lending Team to create insight-led products that offer clear commercial benefits and meet market needs, championing product development and stakeholder engagement.
* You will manage a portfolio of change, assess the impact and complexity of delivery, and ensure alignment with group strategy and regulatory guidance.
About you
* Understanding of financial products and their value creation for business and customers.
* Proven ability to build stakeholder networks and industry knowledge, including competitors.
* Experience in delivering change, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
* Leadership experience, capable of motivating and developing teams, including remotely.
* Knowledge of lending onboarding operations, particularly within commercial mortgages, and experience with loan application processes.
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills, capable of managing difficult conversations.
* Experience in process improvement and a mindset for challenging working methods.
* Commitment to providing excellent customer service, including to brokers, and embedding this within teams.
