We work in partnership with statutory and voluntary agencies to empower survivors, challenge exploitation, and raise awareness through education and advocacy.\n\nThe Role\n\nWe are seeking a compassionate and motivated Project Worker to join our dedicated team. You will support individuals who have experienced, or are vulnerable to, sexual exploitation — including grooming, trafficking, and survival sex.
This role involves working directly with clients to provide trauma-informed, person-centred support that promotes safety, recovery, and empowerment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Provide one-to-one emotional and practical support to service users.\n\n * Complete holistic risk and needs assessments and develop tailored support plans.\n\n * Advocate on behalf of clients with other agencies, including police, housing, and social care.\n\n * Support clients to access appropriate services (e.g., counselling, legal support, sexual health).\n\n * Facilitate group work or workshops focused on safety, wellbeing, and empowerment.\n\n * Maintain accurate case records and contribute to monitoring and evaluation.\n\n * Participate in multi-agency meetings and safeguarding processes as required.\n\n * Participate in evening outreach\n\n * Deliver training to professionals\n\nAbout You\n\nWe’re looking for someone who is trauma-aware, resilient, and passionate about empowering vulnerable individuals.
