Talent Acquisition Specialist & Administrator Based in Belfast, a rapidly growing and leading consultancy are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist & Administrator to join their team. This is a Full-Time, Permanent Position. Working hours: Monday to Friday (full time) With a salary of £30,000 per annum. Job Role: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist & Administrator, you will be working in a crucial dual role which combines proactive candidate sourcing with the essential administrative support needed to ensure a smooth and positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates. Essential Criteria: 2 years working in a Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordinator, or HR Administrator role. IT proficient with experience of using Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel and Outlook. Proven track record of successful placements and monthly/annual targets met. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work as part of a team as well as your own initiative. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Exceptional organisational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Proactively identify, engage, and screen candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal databases. Manage the entire candidate lifecycle from initial contact through to offer acceptance for assigned roles (predominantly technical and administrative positions). Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless experience. Assist in promoting the company's brand and employee value proposition across professional platforms and at recruitment events. Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire) and provide regular updates to the management team. Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts, and new-hire paperwork with high accuracy. Maintain the Applicant Tracking System. Process and track recruitment-related invoices (e.g., job board costs, agency fees). Ensure all hiring processes and documentation adhere to company policies and legal requirements. Skills: Talent Acquisition Specialist & Administrator recruitment Talent Acquisition Specialist
