Role overview

Responsibilities
* Providing a knowledgeable and seamless customer experience for all customers that enter the store.
* Continuously maintaining clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor for customers at all times.
* Collaborating with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets through knowledge of current trends, in‑store promotions and continuously evolving store processes.
* Driving sales, ensuring targets are achieved and, where possible, exceeded.
* Utilising in‑store devices, offering customers the whole product range.
* Providing alternatives and add‑on sales at every opportunity.
* Replenishing stock levels when needed, ensuring the full‑size range is on the shop floor where possible.
* Ensuring that products are priced correctly.
* Deputising for other staff, working within departments, or carrying out other duties as required.
* Representing JD Sports in the most professional manner.
* Conducting work in a safe and responsible manner.
Role objectives and KPI’s
* Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
* Actively drive sales to support the store in meeting and exceeding its financial goals.
* Ensure timely and accurate replenishment of stock on the shop floor to maintain optimal product availability.
