Fresh air, fresh food, and fresh hope. As Garden and Sustainability Coordinator, you will lead the creation of a growing space that supports our kitchen, inspires our community, and supports wellbeing through nature.
This is a role for someone who believes that growing food can grow confidence and that even a small patch of land can change lives.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and maintain a thriving community garden space
* Work with volunteers to grow produce for use in the community kitchen
* Deliver wellbeing gardening sessions with volunteers and participants
* Support sustainability workshops on composting, growing, and reusing
* Foster inclusive, hands-on learning in the garden
* Maintain equipment, tools, and a tidy working environment
Who We're Looking For
Skills and Experience
* Experience with community growing, gardening, or horticulture
* Able to run group sessions and support outdoor learning
* Knowledge of seasonal food growing and sustainable practices
* Comfortable working with people with different support needs

* Gentle, patient, and encouraging
* Loves being outdoors and sharing knowledge
* Believes in the value of sustainability and accessible green spaces
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4.5 months
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
