1. Provide administrative support to the HR Director and wider HR team.
2. Diary management, meeting coordination, room bookings, and visitor wee.
3. Arrange travel and amodation bookings.
4. Minute taking for internal meetings and formal HR meetings ( ER cases, CoCo minutes).
5. Monitor and action HRM inbox.
6. Support onboarding and offboarding, including retirement administration.
7. Upload new starters and leavers to spreadsheets and internal trackers.
8. Raise workflows in SAP or relevant systems (A2P, promotions, etc.).
9. Input and maintain HR data (time audits, absence data, training trackers).
10. Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and track HR budget spend.
11. Maintain and audit HR logs ( ER log, RTW log, holiday carryover, sick note tracking).
12. Organise 90-day coffee meetings

What should you bring along?
13. GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.
14. Further education ( NVQ, A-levels, or equivalent qualification) in business administration or related field.
15. Experience providing administrative support in a busy office environment.
16. Experience working in or supporting a Human Resources or similar professional services team.
17. Familiarity with confidential data handling and professional discretion.
18. Experience using business systems such as SAP and D2.
