We are recruiting for Class One Tramper drivers to work out of Avonmouth (BS11 postcode).
Working on behalf of a UK based drinks distributor, you will be driving a curtain-sided vehicle, where your main duties will be bulk deliveries of kegs to depots, RDCs and main hubs across the UK. This is a tramping role, whereby you will stay out in the lorry for the week.
This is temporary work. But we are looking for drivers who can help us with bookings on a regular and ongoing basis.
Due to insurance requirements, all drivers must have at least 6 months recent Class 1 experience.
Working Monday to Friday, usually to start at 06:00am at the beginning of the week - there is a chance you may be requested to run back in on the Saturday.
Your pay is will be £16 to £18 per hour (PAYE), with £25 per night out (non-taxable).
