What you’ll be getting involved in:
Collaborating with the Head of FP&A to deliver clear, impactful reporting and forward-looking analysis
Helping to shape accurate P&L and cashflow forecasts, highlighting opportunities and risks
Supporting the annual budgeting cycle, partnering with stakeholders across the business
Provide analysis and bring the numbers to life for commercial and operations teams
Tracking Capex and supporting major development projects with sharp financial insight
Digging into performance data to spot trends, improve efficiency, and drive profitability
Playing a key role in enhancing tools, reporting, and processes
What we’re looking for:
Ideally you will be ACA / ACCA / CIMA part or newly qualified with real drive and ambition
Experience in a finance role such as FP&A Analyst, Management Accountant, Commercial Accountant or it could also suit someone wanting to make their first move from Practice into a Commercial role
Strong Excel skills and a knack for analysis and problem solving
Confident communicator, looking for someone who can translate financial data into business decisions
Analytical, inquisitive, and keen to make a difference
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
What’s on offer:
Salary from £38,000 – £45,000 depending on experience
Full study support (if required)
