We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Customer Services Advisor to join our Housing & Other Services team. In this varied front-facing role, you’ll support customers with a wide range of enquiries, provide efficient reception services, and help ensure every interaction is positive and professional. If you thrive in a busy environment and enjoy helping people find the right solutions, we’d love to hear from you.
As our Customer Services Advisor you’ll:
* Have a flair and passion for delivering excellent customer service, with previous demonstrable experience.
* Have excellent problem-solving skills and can think on your feet, working in a fast-paced environment
* Possess the necessary behaviours and attributes to achieve ‘right first time’ customer interaction.
* Display confidence: being articulate and effective with a full range of communication techniques, i.e., face to face, telephone, written & via digital channels.
* Achieve positive outcomes, supporting all areas of the business, offering a broad range of services to our customers, from advice and assistance with repair & maintenance enquiries to a range of housing, tenancy support and advice, including processing payments.
* Provide a flexible attitude to compliment the importance of service delivery
This role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices, with Head office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required.
