Job Description
Build a Philips Personal Health shopper experience strategy including clear customer prioritisation (where to play) and memorable shopper experiences (how to win) to amaze and delight shoppers. You will build a network of strong customer relationships within an omni-channel retail environment and develop insight-driven activations that are aligned to our customer priorities.
A fantastic opportunity to lead the development, engagement and execution of your shopper marketing plan, in collaboration with your marketing, sales and category management colleagues.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Develop best-in-class, shopper centric activation plans grounded in consumer, shopper and retail insights. Create a vision, engage internal/external stakeholders and deliver your plan;
* Develop category specific 4P strategy, focusing on;
* Place : relentless omni channel focus, prioritising online but equally adept at offline activation, creating a seamless journey for the shopper
* Promotion: drive brand preference and awareness for Philips through in-store excellence (offline and online)
* Product: demonstrate Philips champion innovation through best in class point of sale and digital content
* Price: ensure Philips promotional plans are in line with shopper and customer requirements
* Champion Digital Excellence – Managing online merchandising, content and being a consultative partner to the customers digitals teams in order to partner up to win;
* Translate brand strategy into annual customer marketing plans, ensuring that we execute and communicate our products in the best possible way based on shopper insights;
* Work with our in-house Studio team to develop engaging in-store activation, providing shoppers with a great experience;
* Partner with the Sales team to allocate budget and deliver ROI;
* Measure the effectiveness of shopper activation plans and promotions, monitor actions and propose improvement plans;

We believe that we are better together than apart. This is an office-based role which means working in-person at least 3 days per week from our Farnborough, Hampshire.

* You have experience of bringing omni-channel shopper strategy to life - joining the dots between sales, the retailer and the consumer
* You are curious with a passion to gain insight, have strong commercial awareness and are able to work in a faced paced and ever changing environment;
* You are confident presenter and communicator with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders;
* You have an excellent understanding of both online & offline marketing mix and have delivered highly effective campaigns that provide a strong return;
* You have the ability to problem solve and course correct when we are not being effective;
* You are highly analytical, comfortable working with a wide range of data sources and making fact-based decisions, recommendations and forecasts working in collaboration with sales and marketing;
* You are results orientated who enjoys having a direct impact of the day to day performance of Philips UKI with personal accountability for your customers;
* You will be part of a great team who care, support and challenge each other.
