We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager who will play a key role in delivering high-quality, inclusive recruitment solutions across the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to partner with senior leaders, People Business Partners, and hiring managers to shape workforce capability, enhance candidate experience, and deliver diverse, high-quality hires aligned to business goals.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines.
* Strong background in direct sourcing, volume hiring, campaign management and assessment centres.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
* Leadership experience (line management or mentoring/coaching).
* Strong project management and organisational capability.
* Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to drive performance.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Demonstrated experience embedding equity, diversity and inclusion into hiring processes.
What You'll Be Doing (Short Version)
* Partner with leaders and hiring managers to plan hiring and provide market insights.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and deliver a strong candidate and stakeholder experience.
* Lead sourcing, attraction campaigns, and talent pipelining.
* Drive team performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement using data and ATS insights.
* Support employer branding, events, and external talent partnerships.
* Ensure fair selection processes and compliance with hiring regulations and policies.
* Promote diversity, inclusion, and use of digital tools to improve hiring efficiency.
Desirable:
Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, psychometric tools (e.g. SHL, Saville, Belbin), and HRIS/onboarding systems.
