The post provides an efficient and quality admin support service to the Substance Misuse Service. The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills, able to work on their own using initiative and as part of a team. You should have experience of electronic systems and be able to prioritise tasks to meet agreed timescales. You should have previous experience in a similar post within a healthcare setting, including fast, accurate audio typing (digital dictation) and IT skills, and knowledge of medical terminology/clinic management. A Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check will be required.

Qualifications and requirements
* Experience in a healthcare setting, including fast accurate audio typing (digital dictation), IT skills, and knowledge of medical terminology/clinic management.
* HNC (or equivalent relevant experience).
* Ability and willingness to travel across the service delivery area; the post is primarily based at St Ninians Health Centre, with travel to other locations as required.
* Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check is required.
