About The Opportunity:

* You will collaborate with some of the most recognized brands in automotive retail.
* You will be involved from implementation to ‘Go Live’ and play a key role in the DMS rollout project.
* You will coach, train, and develop the aftersales or accounts teams within retail dealerships on the new DMS platform, preparing them for ‘Go Live’.
* You will support dealer teams as the ‘product guru’ throughout the project.
About You:
You should have experience in automotive retail sales or aftersales dealership environments, with knowledge of retail dealership DMS platforms, or work for a DMS provider with a good understanding of dealer/OEM dynamics.
This role is highly autonomous and involves traveling across the UK.
* Previous DMS experience is essential.
* Training or coaching experience is advantageous.
* Excellent organizational and planning skills with keen attention to detail.
* A proven track record in process improvement and problem-solving projects.
