D365 Solutions Architect – Remote – £90,000
We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to take a leading role in shaping and delivering high‐quality technical solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects. This fully remote position offers £90k and provides the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, influence strategic decisions, and guide delivery teams through the full lifecycle of complex, modern technology initiatives.
Role Overview
As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and future‐ready solutions that align with business goals. You'll collaborate with technical and non‐technical stakeholders, support pre‐sales conversations, and provide architectural leadership throughout planning, build, deployment, and ongoing optimisation.
This role suits someone who enjoys combining hands‐on technical insight with strategic thinking and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Delivery
* Lead the design and implementation of solutions across CRM platforms, low‐code technologies, and integration frameworks
* Ensure all architectural decisions follow best‐practice standards and align with platform capabilities
* Build prototypes or proof‐of‐concepts to validate solution approaches and demonstrate feasibility
Technical Leadership
* Provide oversight and guidance to delivery teams throughout all stages of a project
* Review technical outputs to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with architectural direction
* Identify potential risks within solution designs and define mitigation strategies
Stakeholder Collaboration
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, translating business needs into technical direction
* Support pre‐sales activities including scoping, requirements discovery, and solution demonstrations
* Contribute to planning sessions, proposal development, and architectural presentations
Continuous Improvement
* Stay informed on emerging technologies, platform updates, and industry trends
* Recommend new tools, patterns, or approaches that could enhance architectural practices or client outcomes
Skills & Experience
* At least two years' experience in a solutions architecture role within CRM, enterprise platforms, or similar environments
* Cloud certifications or relevant technical accreditations are advantageous
* Experience working in consultancy, professional services, or partner‐led delivery models
* Strong understanding of integration patterns, system design principles, and modern cloud technologies
* Exposure to pre‐sales, solution demonstrations, and client engagement
* Excellent communication, documentation, and organisational skills
* Proactive, self‐driven, and committed to continuous professional development
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to build positive working relationships
