Join Our Event Steward Team
We are seeking Event Stewards to work across Coventry and other locations. This role offers the opportunity to be part of our team at various events such as sporting events, concerts, and festivals, including Coventry City, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Derby County, and more!

About Us
We aim to keep people safe through our core services: Event Services, Training, and Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM). We pride ourselves on providing world-class customer service and are looking for industry-leading professionals to join us in creating memorable moments.
Responsibilities include:
1. Welcoming visitors to the venue
2. Addressing queries and providing event information
3. Checking access passes (where applicable)
4. Directing foot traffic
5. Providing excellent customer service for smooth event operations
6. Monitoring the event and communicating safety information to the safety team
Skills and Experience
While not essential, the following skills are advantageous, and training will be provided:
* Experience as an Event Steward
* Previous customer service experience
* Good level of verbal and written English
* Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations

Hours and Pay
Shift times vary per event, with early and late shifts available. Work is offered on a casual basis, providing flexibility to fit around your commitments.
Hourly rate: £11.44
Ideal Candidates
If you have previous experience as a customer service assistant, event steward, NVQ Level 2 spectator safety steward, car park marshal, traffic management operative, hospitality host, front of house, or similar roles, please apply with your CV attached.
