The Role: As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for delivering sales growth across a portfolio of stores by leading from the front, motivating your teams, and creating a culture of energy, accountability, and results. Your ability to connect with people at all levels-from the sales floor to the boardroom-will be critical to your success. What You'll Be Doing: Driving top-line sales growth across all sites in your region Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Store Managers and in-store teams Supporting stores to deliver world-class service and commercial performance Leading from the front and embedding a high-performance culture Ensuring operational standards are maintained while focusing on profitability Influencing and implementing regional and national business initiatives About You: An experienced Regional Manager or senior multi-site leader from a sales-focused retail background Strong experience in big-ticket retail-ideally furniture, flooring, or home improvement Passionate about building relationships and bringing out the best in your people A natural leader with a hands-on approach and the ability to influence at all levels Highly commercial, target-driven, and motivated by results Why Apply?
