Job Overview
Join us as a Showroom Advisor and help our millions of customers bring their kitchen and bathroom ideas to life. You will focus on the customer experience, asking questions, exploring possibilities, recommending finance, products and installation options, and producing inspirational designs with software. You will coordinate multiple projects and support customers both virtually and face‑to‑face, guiding them from inspirational ideas through to delivery.
Responsibilities
* Ask questions and explore possibilities to recommend the right finance, products and installation options.
* Use software to produce inspirational designs that bring customer projects to life.
* Coordinate multiple projects and support customers virtually and face‑to‑face.
* Guide customers from ideas through to delivery, helping to make their dreams a reality.
* Collaborate with colleagues and installers to ensure we deliver the best service on every project.
Qualifications
* Proficient use of technology and strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Ability to work well as part of a team and be a good problem‑solver.
* Motivated by targets, confident in converting designs into sales.
* Keen eye for design.
* Flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
