Children's Social Worker - Assessment and Intervention
* Salary Range: £36,648 - £39,186 + £2,000 retention payment
* Location: Oldham
* Job Type: Permanent, Hybrid
We are inviting dedicated Social Workers to join our Children’s Assessment & Intervention team. This role offers a hybrid working model. Day-to-day of the role:
* Conduct thorough assessments and interventions for children and their families.
* Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with other professionals.
* Regularly review and update case files to ensure the best outcomes for children.
* Provide support and advice to families, working towards safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
* Maintain accurate records and reports in accordance with legal and organisational requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A recognised qualification in Social Work.
* Registration with Social Work England.
* Experience in children’s services, assessment, and intervention.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development.
