As the Retail and Admissions Assistant Manager at the Palace of Holyroodhouse youll drive sales and lead a dedicated team to deliver both an exceptional retail and visitor experience to the site.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leading a dedicated and enthusiastic front-line team, you'll make sure they are ready to meet the day's demands, offering an outstanding service to every visitor who comes through the door.
2. You'll co-ordinate daily team activities and be the first port of call for any queries.
3. Guiding, training, and supporting your team, you will ensure that they are motivated and equipped to deliver their very best and achieve budgeted sales targets and KPIs.
