Your core responsibilities include: - Providing clinical pharmacy support for mental health wards. - Conducting medicines reconciliation and drug chart screening. - Offering medication advice and support to patients on the wards. - Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to optimize medication use for mental health patients. - Supporting pharmacy technicians and ATO staff with medication reviews and checking duties. Requirements & Qualifications: - GPhC registration as a Pharmacist. - Previous hospital ward experience required (Mental health experience is not essential). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. - A passion for delivering high-quality patient care. Working Hours & Contract Duration: This role offers a flexible working position with a Monday to Friday schedule (9am - 5:30pm).
