About the Role
Our client, a leading national awarding organisation, is seeking an End Point Assessor specialising in Hospitality – Hotel Front of House. This role is ideal for individuals with front-of-house hotel experience at a supervisory level, offering the chance to contribute to the development of future industry professionals through vocational assessments.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct End Point Assessments for hospitality apprentices in line with established standards.
* Collaborate with apprentices and employers to plan, deliver, and report on assessments.
* Make independent, fair assessment decisions based on clear grading criteria.
* Maintain current sector knowledge and complete associated administration.
* Operate with professionalism and integrity to uphold the quality and credibility of the assessment process.
Candidate Profile
* Supervisory experience within hotel front office and housekeeping operations, including roles in reception and reservations.
* Relevant Assessor qualification (e.g., CAVA or equivalent).
* Demonstrated passion and practical experience in front-of-house hotel environments.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; training provided for EPAPro.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
