* Collaborate closely with teachers to deliver effective small group and one-to-one lessons.
* Help students build self-belief and become effective learners.
* Assist in delivering the GCSE English curriculum, ensuring students are well-prepared for their qualifications.
* Adapt to the unique needs of each child, providing tailored support to enhance their academic and personal growth.
* Engage actively with students to facilitate both their academic and personal development.
