The successful candidate will be supporting students both academically and emotionally, encouraging them to develop and progress. About the school
This role is based within a team committed to improving outcomes for young people in the local area. The ethos is nurturing and positive, for students and staff alike. Character and commitment are important. This work can be intense and challenging at times, as well as rewarding and fulfilling. Applications are welcomed from individuals with a passion to improve the lives of young people who may have had a difficult start, or be currently experiencing mental health challenges; both of which may be impacting on their wellbeing, behaviour and education.
