A s a critical part of the Operations E&U Team, the Implementation Lead is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of the transformation programme, managing a dedicated implementation team within The DDC Group and supporting our E&U clients as they transition to the new operating model. This role reports directly to the Head of Customer Operations. This role is a p ermanent position. Contracted hours will be 3 7.5 per week, Monday to Friday, however, flexibility will be to meet the needs of the business. Hybrid working will apply, with an expectation of working a minimum of 2 days a week from head office (Worksop ). Closing dat e : 5pm on Tuesday 7 th October 2025 What do you need? Proven track record of leading within a specialized operating model and delivering transformation programmes across multiple industries. Deep understanding of the operating model and prior experience of implementation in a broadband or utilities environment. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing multi-functional project teams. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing abilities at senior levels. Demonstrated ability to manage complex transformations, balancing operational detail with strategic objectives. Flexibility to travel internationally as required, with ability to build relationships across diverse cultures and geographies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical solutions. Leadership and strong skills in specific HR-related areas to aid people development. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness and ability to travel nationally and overseas as. 6–9 years’ experience in the relevant field/industry. Experience working in an outsourcing / BPO environment. Familiarity with change management methodologies. What will you be doing ? Lead the end-to-end implementation programme in line with direction from the Head of Customer Operations. Manage the implementation team, ensuring delivery milestones, quality standards, and project governance are consistently met. Act as the primary interface between The DDC Group, our client, and key stakeholders across operations, technology, and transformation. Translate the client’s operating model into tangible processes, systems, and training plans for broadband-focused teams. Identify risks, constraints, and depend e ncies within the transformation, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Provide regular reports, updates, and insights to DDC senior leadership and the Head of Customer Operations. Drive collaboration across internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption to service. Champion adoption of the client’s operating model, embedding best practice and driving cultural change across the broadband teams. Adherence to company targets and KPIs.
