Your Role:
* Partnering with senior executives to improve decision-making and leadership performance.
* Delivering structured coaching sessions tailored to individual goals and challenges.

* Utilizing insights from your leadership experience to provide transformative feedback.
What We’re Looking For:
* Extensive Leadership Experience: At least 20 years in industry with 10+ years in managerial roles.
* Strong Communicator: Exceptional ability to influence, collaborate, and inspire leaders.
* Business Savvy: A solid understanding of business strategies, market dynamics, and leadership principles.
Bonus Points For:
* Advanced degrees (Master’s or Ph.D.) in a relevant field.
* Experience with team-building or driving new business initiatives.
