We're looking for a confident and commercially minded Commercial Project Manager on a 12 months Fixed Term Contract to lead and deliver critical range change projects across our trading teams. In this fast-paced role, you'll manage end-to-end project plans, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure key initiatives land on time and with impact. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, providing structure, challenge, and clear communication every step of the way. Key Responsibilities Business partner trading teams to nominate and develop range change proposals and integrate into relevant budgets Create, own, and manage the critical paths/project plans for all changes. Ensure other business stakeholders have full understanding of the scope and requirements. Manage the projects day to day within the process and highlight opportunities for process improvement Advises all stakeholders of commercial plans and manages ad hoc / unbudgeted workload requests through the weekly workload governance meeting. Manages workload pinch points across business stakeholders Chairs all in flight project meetings, stage gates, status updates and communications Provide governance and regular updates on plan and project progress and escalation where required Pro-actively problem solve project risks and issues by engaging with cross functional stakeholders Challenges stakeholders to ensure quality of thinking and great commercial results Location: This role is based in Nuneaton, and may be occasionally required to travel to our London Hub or to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the office.
