As a Commissioning Home Manager, you will:

The ideal Commissioning Home Manager will have:
* Experience as a Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC pin.
* Proven leadership within a care home environment.
* Strong knowledge of CQC standards and a track record of compliance and excellence.
* Commitment to high-quality, person-centred care.
* Previous experience commissioning or opening a new service (ideal, but not essential).
