This role is based at our Head Office in Exhall, Coventry.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Leading day-to-day operations across production, warehousing, baking, and packing lines.
2. Responsibility for site Health and Safety.
3. Managing budgets and labour for all operational cost centres.
