My client are currently looking to recruit a QC Inspector to join their site in South Lanarkshire (commutable from Glasgow, Paisley, East Kilbride, Cumbernauld, Livingston & surrounding areas). This QC Inspector role is based on a rotating shift pattern, which is days (06:00 - 14:00), backs (14:00 - 22:00) and nights (22:00 - 06:00).

Quality Inspectors are responsible for inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. You'll also be involved in creating first-offs, reviewing process setups and ensuring products meet or exceed customer specifications.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform detailed inspections of products using AQL criteria and any relevant documentation e.g. Procedure Sheets
2. Ensure that all inspections are carried out in compliance with customer-specific requirements, quality standards, and industry regulations
3. Check product dimensions, surface finishes, colour consistency, functionality, and other quality parameters to ensure conformity to specifications
4. Work closely with the production team to review and validate process setups, ensuring proper adjustments are made to meet quality standards
