Full training will be given but the essential requirements are a professional telephone manner and attention to detail. This role would be ideal for someone wanting to move away from retail or hospitality and wishing to secure an office-based position offering more sociable working hours.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30 and every other Saturday 09:00 to 13:00.
The company is based in the centre of town, providing excellent public transport routes for candidates that potentially do not drive.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Support general customer enquiries over the phone and via email
* Arrange and confirm bookings with customers
* Co-ordinate bookings in booking system
* Process hire extensions
* Co-ordinate off hire of loan vehicles
* General manual and electronic record keeping
* Adhoc management reporting
* General office administration including emailing, filing and photocopying
